- Not recommendable at all.
- The pool was closed for renovation, I wish they mentioned that on booking, because that was one of the reasons to choose this hotel.The AC was not working, it a was 30 degrees in the room.
- The rooms were large and comfortable. I thought the property was well situated but in the short time we were there it was hard to get a sense of the whole city. We spent two whole days walking in the daylight hours on Mt Lao and by the time we returned to the hotel it was dark. The staff were all very helpful and they brought us fruit in the evening, which was a very nice touch. The Mixc shopping mall was close by and had loads of food/ eating options and there was Carrefours supermarket almost opposite. And an added benefit was being told about the cheap airport bus operation from the hotel a three minute walk around the corner.

- The hotel does not accept foreign credit cards. The rooms are in shabby conditions, the property totally overpriced. Each room comes with a kitchen, but zero equipment (No plates, cups, cuttlery, nothing.) Althought the rooms are spacious in general the interior is badly designed and offers no comfort.
